Limited Lifetime Warranty for Kitchen and Bathroom Faucets

Warranty Overview: Mary Anne's offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty on all Kitchen and Bathroom Faucets. This warranty covers defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the original consumer purchaser. There's also a 1-year limited warranty for Black Matte finished faucets and a cartridge warranty covering up to 500,000 cycles.

What Is Covered:

  1. Material and Workmanship: Lifetime warranty for defects in material and workmanship.
  2. Finish: 1-year limited warranty for Black Matte finished faucets.
  3. Cartridge: Warranty covers up to 500,000 cycles.

Warranty Limitations:

  1. Installation, labor charges, and damage due to accident, abuse, improper installation, or improper maintenance are not covered.
  2. Products purchased from unauthorized dealers or resellers are not covered.
  3. Parts that wear under normal usage conditions, including O-rings, aerators, and washers, are not covered.

How to Obtain Service:

  3. Once verified, receive instructions for returning the defective item.
  4. Mary Anne's Kitchen and Bath will provide replacement parts for any defective part.

Replacements: If the product is no longer available, Mary Anne's will replace it with a similar product of equal or greater value.

Exclusions:

  1. Products that are improperly installed, altered, or modified.
  2. Products subject to misuse, abuse, or a lack of regular maintenance.

Transferability: The warranty is non-transferable and limited to the original purchaser.

Limitation of Liability: Mary Anne's is not liable for incidental, consequential, or special damages based on breach of warranty, breach of contract, negligence, or any other legal theory.

Mary Anne's Limited Warranty for Acrylic Bathtubs, Shower Pans, and Drains

Who is Eligible for this Warranty: Mary Anne's extends a 10-year limited warranty exclusively to the original purchaser, as long as they remain in the same property.

Care Instructions: Clean with water and a gentle detergent. Avoid abrasive or corrosive cleaners. Remove bath mats immediately after use. Use cleaners designed for acrylic surfaces.

Warranty Coverage:

  1. 1 Year from Purchase Date:
    • Mechanical drains, automatic drains, and push-button drains.
  2. 10 Years from Purchase Date:
    • Acrylic and fiberglass against manufacturing defects.

Exclusions:

  1. Void if the product suffers damage due to misuse, excessive use, non-residential use, neglect, lack of maintenance, or the use of abrasive or corrosive products.
  2. Warranty void if products are not installed over a properly prepped 4-to-1 mud bed.
  3. Damages from acts of God, shocks, mishandling, or improper installation are not covered.

Warranty Claims: All warranty claims must include a copy of the invoice.
