SHIPPING STATUS:
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
In case you don't receive the shipping confirmation email immediately, no need to worry! We are aware of the delivery date or range provided at checkout, and we assure you that your items will be delivered within that timeframe.
ORDER CHANGES:
If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us immediately. Please note that custom and pre-ordered pieces cannot be swapped for other designs.
ITEM NOT RECEIVED:
